Claims can be initiated during the repair process or up to five (5) business days after repair completion.
A reimbursement check will be made payable to You as listed on this Agreement. If a co-buyer is listed, the check will be made payable to both with OR in the pay line so either can endorse the check. Should the address be different than what is listed on this Agreement, proof of address may be required.
A claim may be denied and You will not be eligible for reimbursement if You are not able to provide:
(a) evidence of the Vehicle on the date of the repair order;
(b) a copy of the Vehicle loan contract; or
(c) proof of Your monthly payment.
